Fewer fields in a contact form results in much higher responses, a new study reveals
Imaginary Landscape today released the results of a 4-month study comparing the response rate of two contact forms.
One form consisted of 11 fields and the other consisted of 4 fields. The study shows a 160% increase in forms submitted from the smaller form. The quality of the form data remained consistent across both forms.
